The wastewater treatment plant in Mladějovice was operating a control system based on the Siemens S7-300 platform, which was nearing the end of its service life and no longer met the requirements for remote monitoring and modern visualization. Our task was to modernize the entire system.
We completely replaced the control hardware with the new generation Siemens S7-1200 G2, redesigned the control software, and developed graphical visualization of the technology directly within the HMI panel—allowing operators to monitor the entire treatment process on a single screen.
